She’s in bed right now so tomorrow I’m going to check, if there is a cracked she’ll should it be pulled out? And how do I know if what I’m feeling is an egg or not?

It could be an infectionI held her and my dad put his finger up, as he is a doctor so has some idea on what he was doing, his finger went all the way up and he felt nothing, but he see it was unusual hot and wonders if it was an infection
ny antibiotics or medicine that you think could help?It could be an infection
Her poo is the same and there’s not a lot coming out, what do I need to buy to deworm her?Not without having a clearer idea of what is wrong. Has she improved at all?
I think what I would do, is still treat as if there is a potential egg stuck if she has not laid one, offer supportive care for that, and deworm her. Infections are pretty hard to diagnose, but making sure she doesn't have parasites might give her extra strength to fight whatever it is off. That poop she had was weird... Has it improved at all?

She drinks on her own but unfortunately we don’t have her a vet
Is a vet an option?
She looks very ill.
Is she drinking water on her own?
If not encourage her to do so.
