SOUR CROP AND GURGLING NOISE

My barred rock hen woke up this morning and stayed in the roost. When I picked her up a whole bunch of smelly green liquid came out of her beak. I massaged her crop a little bit and tilted her forward and more came out. I think she might have gotten some in her lungs because she makes a gurgling sound when she breaths. What should I do? I’ve never encountered sour crop before and am wondering what works best. She also has this weird runny green poop.

I'd get her on some probiotics, like Greek Yogurt or powders for water like Hydro-Hen.
