Thanks all :)
I am in love with their antics ...such personality I've done nothing today but watch them

Hello from Long Island, NY! Sorry, I know this thread isn't a recent one. I'm close to my neighbors here in the 'burbs. No chickens yet, but our coop is being delivered soon. It has nestboxes for 3 standard hens, but we may get only 1 and 2 bantams to keep her company, perhaps. Availability of finding perhaps a Golden Comet nearby won't be hard, but maybe finding an Americauna-type/Easter Egger bantam might be a challenge out here. Who knows what we'll end up with. :) Right now, I'm researching and learning lots! Thanks for such a great forum here. :)

Welcome to the thread! There may be some folks on here who could fix you up with bantams.

Welcome, welcome! You landed in a good place. :D. You'll find lots of new friends here!

Super cute! What breeds did you get again?

We lost two the first day, 1 DOA ... 1 within the first ten hours. I've got one more that just looks confused but she is eating and drinking etc, just kinda stands there confused...I keep reminding her of the water and food. Everyone went to sleep when lights went out...I checked on them in the dark and was surprised they didn't all sleep under the ecoglow...some slept to the side etc.

Thank you for the warm welcome, Toxic Chicken. :) I appreciate your kindness! I'm in East Quogue, just moved here from Massachusetts. I'm pleased to meet you.
