Hi Everyone, really need some advice from all of my chicken friends out there. FYI, I may or may not follow it

but I'd still like to know your thoughts.

I am considering taking on the cost of actually printing tees for the Northeast Poultry show. I have many tee designs on my store but figure a bird in hand is worth two in the bush, so to speak. (Actually, that would make a cute tee for another time - I have so many ideas, it's crazy!) I will also bring my laptop and hope to have it up and running so people can see ideas that I will still have for sale on my store.

Anyway, trying to come up with one tee design that might sell at a show like this is next to impossible but I am trying. Since this is a chicken show, I came up with "The Peep Show" with a cute peep (chick) opening it's wings. Nothing dirty (though I did have loads of those ideas and eventually they will go up on my site if the people at spreadshirt let me).

Roberta, I considered your idea for just doing a tee that says The Northeast Poultry Congress but I' don't think I have the time it will take to pull that off. I would have to coordinate things too much with the people who run the show and if I did it by myself, I wouldn't want to get stuck with inventory that I couldn't sell anywhere else.

What do you all think of this design, it needs feet and some work on the wings and colors but this is the general look.

Thoughts? THX in advance for your time! Trying to earn a living at what I love to do and I have to say that these last few years in my industry have been really hard.

Also, who ordered the orange sweathsirt that had the word love and chicken in a heart to the side of it? I was informed by sweatshirt that they can't print across zippers, even though they show just that in their catalog. Sorry! There is a new one up in white but I understand if you don't order it again, the orange was cooler.

Hi Donna, love the graphics.
I might suggest dropping the "the" word and keep it to "peep show". :) It could then sell at "any time" and be appropriate. Great Job!

I am not sure if I was the person who made mention of that, but I do know that the lobelia (cardinal flower), Mondarda (beebalm), salvia, agastache, columbine, bleeding heart, and morning glories all will attract hummingbirds. I have a pineapple sage that they really love (trumpet shaped red flowers) and it tastes great in salads. I have also found that they like butterfly bush.
