hey tina.....i didn't forget about my silke's photo op......i got started cookin earlier today and just I couldn't make the time.
It was a lovely day here btw.....sunny...no wind and wow......I am so thankfull. Maybe tomorrow I will have 5 min. to myself. :<))

When I spent holidays with family I used to try to say one nice thing to as many people as I could if the opportunity arose. Just something like Your laugh makes me want to join in, or you make the best fudge...but they have to be true...I figured if I could shift the balance a little, things might get better. It did work some, but it put me in a different place in my head, and that helped.

What terrific advice! I will definitely remember to try that. Thanks!

I hope everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving. With all the stress and strife in the world, even when we have problems and issues in our families and homes, this year especially, I'm going to be giving thanks for new friends that feel like they've been there all along, with kind words, and good advice.
