Splayed leg

My chick is 3 weeks tomorrow and has had a splayed leg since she hatched. It's not getting better no matter what I do. She is growing fine. Her feathers are coming in good. But her leg is not good. I've tried taping the legs and the chick chair (she escapes it every time). Can she live a full life with her leg like this? I tried take the leg sling off and she just cheeps in pain. I don't know what else to do for her. I don't want to cull her because she is doing good except she doesn't walk well. She flaps her wings to get along. What should I do?

I am having the same problem currently. The brace has been on for over a week now and it is improving but it is still not able to stand and walk on its own. Seeing this was a year ago, how did it turn out? Will I need to cull?
