Splinting issues with duckling?

So I just weighed my quart sized feeder and it holds almost 1.5 pounds, so if you are adding 200 mg of niacin to go a 750 ml feeder then I think that is more than enough.
Ok good! I wasn’t sure if we were using enough. Other than that when banding/splinting her legs should I be concerned about them being in the position they are? As the pictures i first uploaded showed she just pushes her legs behind her but cant pull them back to where they’re supposed to be

What if you install the hobble high enough on the legs, so that she cannot push her legs back behind her body?

She doesn't look splay legged to me, so I am not sure splinting for splay legs will help, and it might make things worse. Did this duckling hatch like this?

I’d say I think so, she was always unstead on her feet as a hatchling (obviously) and I noticed from the start that she was off on one leg hence why she’s been on supplements for 2 weeks at only 3 weeks old.. i’ve looked at older videos and her leg looks like it’s always been that way. She was the only one out of 6 eggs to hatch due to some complications in the incubation so maybe this contributed? She doesn’t seem to fuss when we move it for exercises or have any pain in it at all
