Finally after months of waiting I have finally heard something on the spots. I was told that they were absesses.

Was there a suggestion of what may have caused the abcesses?

Not really. Just that it might have a liver condition.

Many things can cause spots, and without proper lab work, one cannot say for sure what caused it.

I just looked at your pictures again... Next time you find something like that you should send them off to a lab for testing.
