Spring Granny Square Swap

I've seen that pattern somewhere, I love it!

I was looking for a pattern for a 'daisy blanket' like my grandmother had and I saw this! Just had to post.

Very pretty! Betty did one similar to that but with black (well looked black on my monitor) instead of white as the background. The mix of the petaled flowers with the "sunflower" design is very nice!

Kim I can't wait to see pics of the new babies. I just took two culls for my laying flock too. As long as they can get around ok, and the other birds won't pick on them, why not? They will still give me pretty eggs. The one is a lavender ameraucana with severely curled toes. She gets around ok though.

The colors on the hat aren't true. The top is actually red, not orange, as is the trim.

Has anyone ever done a crochet quilt before?
While searching for my grandmother's daisy pattern (still) I found a bunch like this.
I was stunned. Never even though about doing those clasic quilt patterns with granny squares! However, dozens of the same, solid color square might just drive me batty.....

WOW!!! Amazing! That is just gorgeous! All of the sudden I feel so inadequate. I may never pick up a crochet hook again!
