Stella's Social Club

We had the well inspection yesterday and the home inspection. The well came out great at 13 gallons per minute. Minerals are pending but we already know it is high in iron. There is a filtration system in place.

Home inspection didn't turn up any major things but a lot of little deferred maintenance items. The big ticket inspections are the pest and roof inspections this afternoon. Septic inspection is this morning.

We are waiting to hear if the buyers request to close escrow next Friday instead of on the following Monday per the original contract. We may have to move out for a few days and put our stuff in storage until we close on the new place.

I cannot wait for the stress to be over. Thanks for listening! I am off to the septic tank pumping and inspection!

trust me Mary we also can't wait for the stress to be over . I've been getting more and more ice cream to settle me down and just eating it twice as fast. I can't keep up at this pace, food budget $$ already shot for the month.

Bummer that we are not going to be neighbors.

That kitchen has a ton of potential and I was worried that you were still buying a multi level home. It just wouldn't work for you long term. You are going to have to send Michael on a big vacation while you renovate it.

WHERE does she come up with these ideas?!?! Cracks me up!!!

My husband had two interviews this week, one local and one not, and has another local interview set up for Monday. We are really hoping to NOT move, we will see. It's hard to turn down when they ask, "What would it take to get you here?" We would probably sell nearly all the animals if it came to a move.

We have had MORE rain, between 6-10 inches this week alone. Gosh I am so tired of the wet and muck. Saw an article online that some parts of Oklahoma have received FOUR FEET of rain in the last 90 days. Wish we could send it your way Mary! I know you need it!
