I have some frozen rhubarb. My rhubarb went nuts this year! I'll have to look into canning it.

Oh man, I could so go for some cooked cabbage after seeing this. I can just see it simmering away. Yumm..haven't had it in years. They don't do cabbage too much here in the west. I miss it. Guess I'll be checking out what the cabbage looks like in our veggie section at the store.
