On a tastier note, I made my first Chinese Stir-Fried Rice last night since finishing my Craftsty class. It was sooooo good! Michael and I loved it. He had to help me hold the wok still while I made it. It was a factory reject at Ross and was warped. It wouldn't stay flat and kept moving. I have ordered two more so hopefully those are better. One is hand forged in the USA and the other from Sur la Table. We'll see.

Anyway, here is my mise en place shot with all my ingredients ready to go in order. It was fun!

I saved back a few ingredients from the stir-fry to re-create it today for a picture. I'll be back.

I think Mr.Moneybags wanted to buy your house very low, then turn around and sell it for YOUR full asking price or higher. People like that can't believe you turn them down.

Maybe he is hiding in a corner, sucking his thumb and wondering where he went wrong? Yah sure.

Mary read me the letter the "buyers" wrote to her.

All I can say is BARF.

If they love the house that much, they can pay for it. I've never seen anything like this in my life. Mary's realtor improved in my eyes with the letter she wrote back to them.

The other realtor was probably crying so hard because it was her idea to write that letter - boy, did that backfire!!

Wow, very professional looking stir fry! That's a lot of ingredients! How long does it take to assemble? I bet it tasted great!
