Enter your name in the Posted by field, the day you want to find the posts for in the Newer than field, the next day in the Older than field, the Order by date box and click Search.My phone counts my steps. By this method it showed me 9 posts for you that were made yesterday. You might find a slightly different result because you are in a different time zone than I am. Your Search will also show any messages you posted in PMs which do not count for this Challenge.
