Stolen Horse--Man is BACK in jail!

This is the run down they keep giving her. :-/ one excuse after another for not enforcing the law in this town.
************Updates****************
Sheriff's Department has been found to:
1. Have members of these mens families working for them at some point.
2. Will not go out and check on Max claiming to "not have enough man-power."
3. The boys who worked at the sheriff's office were fired due to drug use from the evidence locker. They were put on paid leave. It was in the newspaper:
"Deputy, jailer face drug charges" http://www.tulsaworld.com/TWPDFs/2005/Final/W_081805_A_9.PDF

I sent one more to help her sort through this looooooong thread.

I just checked and they finally posted my comment, along with a "note" :

I have been following this story and I am wondering why the press is not telling this from Ms Rodriquez point of view? As a Horse Owner and also a victim of Horse Theft myself I find it absolutely mind-boggling that this case has been allowed to drag on as long as it has. This has been going on for over a year and you write one little article not even telling the entire story? I urge you to step up, do what a true journalist should do and put the entire story out there and put some pressure on the Courts to do the right thing! When I had my horse stolen, I tracked her down called the sheriff and it was over with, I shudder to think about what would have happened if my horse was stolen in Oklahoma instead of Georgia ,in this state the law protects the victims, apparently in Oklahoma you can clearly break the law and get away with it.
{EDITOR'S NOTE: MRS. RODRIGUEZ HAS BEEN GIVEN HER CHANCE TO COMMENT. WE URGE THE PERSON WHO IS MAKING REPEATED POSTS UNDER FALSE NAMES FROM THE SAME IP ADDRESS TO FIND ANOTHER OUTLET FOR VENTING.}

It seems to me, that for them saying they would delete the rest of the comments they seem to be doing just the opposite. Maybe they re-thought it and decided that perhaps doing the Right Thing was a better decision.

I just sent the following news story request to KFSM:

Hello -

I'm a member of a farm forum in which thousands of us have been following a case in Tahlequah since August 2009. A young woman leased her horse out to a guy who then moved with the horse and sold it to his great uncle who in turn gave the horse to his grandson with no intentions of taking the horse back.

I ask that you look into this case to see if something can be done to get this horse back with the rightful owner.

Here is a link to the BYC's forum that has been followed since Aug 09 with over 2200 posts: https://www.backyardchickens.com/forum/viewtopic.php?id=230271&p=1

Here is a link to the Tahlequah Daily Press that includes just a few of the hundreds of comments they have received, claiming folks are using fake names and the same IP address: http://tahlequahdailypress.com/local/x993484252/Embezzlement-case-involving-horse-drags-on

Here is a link to the Tahlequah Daily Press local news story from March 31, 2010: http://tahlequahdailypress.com/local/x993483092/Embezzlement-case-involving-horse-continues

Thank you for your help in this matter,

Muahahaaa
.... alot of people read craigslist rants.

I wouldn't want to double post on CL you know there is a rule about not posting the same thing in different places or something... but this town is close to the border and I would think it would rock if someone would post a rant in Fayetteville. It is close enough those people may react as well
