Stolen Horse--Man is BACK in jail!

Yeah, there is plenty of documentation to back up this case. I would talk with an attorney ask if they could pursue the case on a no risk to you basis.. I forget what that is called but, basically, you don't pay the bill. The defendant pays when he loses. An attorney will do this if he has an excellent chance of winning. And, you do! These people are praying on the fact that you cannot afford an attorney and don't have the support system in their part of town. If you shake that up a bit, they have nothing left. They are even stupid enough to offer the horse back to you for an outrageous profit and spill about asking 3 times if the horse is stolen. That tells me that uncle if all too familiar w/ his nephew and knew the horse was probably stolen.

Actually, the only name calling I saw on that site was from a naysayer against us. Wonder why they allowed that through?

Sure, sure, but it's highly unlikely that they got 20 from the same or even similar ISPs. I think they just don't know what to do about the unusual influx of comments and are concerned that they are bogus.

Ether way they are trying to hid the fact that they dont know what they are doing, or worse they do know.....

I agree, Rebel. And gee, if there are so many cases going on there, I wonder why that is? Is this a pattern? Seems to me that around here in town, this would be MAJOR news, just like the last time a horse was stolen from here and later recovered in Florida. And we only have a tiny newspaper too...this would not be shoved to the backburner by all the "other cases".

Oh, I posted another comment to the editor, just for grins...asked them why, if all the comments are so "potentially libelous" that they can't be printed, that Cammie was allowed to say that we are "nutcases". She has no documented proof that there is anything mentally wrong with any of us. And I commented directly to her and told her if she was so concerned with wars overseas, then go and enlist and leave the office chair aerobics to us, because we can fight the system better from our offices than she can fight wars from hers.

There is a small town near you where a case has dragged on too long. It seems like the town has banded together to protect a person who sold a horse they did not own. The horse owner has been fighting since Aug 2009 to get her horse back and has not even gotten a court date. They just run her around. No justice. Even the local news paints her as a villan for wanting to reclaim what she has documents proving she owns. I would look into this, thousands of people are watching this online and noone has picked it up on TV. so here are a couple links.
