I concur, you're a couple hours ahead of me, but you might still have time to find out who's working his caseload. I know it's a long weekend and all but none of that is your fault, this has gone on long enough and it's not 5:00 yet (unless you're three hours ahead of me). So sorry RoPo, this just makes for a lousy weekend for you. It would have been so great to see Max home and have another reason to celebrate!

Ok maybe this is crazy thinking but..... I know you can find his address on the internet, I just did. Couldn't someone local (not RoPo) call in something about the address to the local police, that would make them have to go out there. This would mean that they would find/talk to the jerk Uncle. They run his name and see that he is in contempt of court. Meaning he would be arrested on the spot? Just a thought....

Or maybe I am just to angry to think straight right now.

Can another Deputy assist on this?
is the deputy on vacation the same one that 'couldn't find the address' earlier this week?
Did the uncle actually refuse, say, nope not giving him back?? or just 'give him away' kind of hide him?
have you started your case to sue the local sheriff's department for being in cohoots with the horse thief?
