I would definitely be there with that subpoena in hand no matter what. It sounds to me like some kind of trick and that if you don’t show, they can either put a bench warrant out on you and make you look like a dead beat, or just as bad or worse, dismiss the whole thing and award the horse to the uncle.

No. The judge simply told them to "keep him healthy" instead of sending someone out there to see him. GAR.

I can't believe the court isn't interested in his health!

Does anyone know where he REALLY is? Have you been able to see if he is healthy/cared for? (Sorry if you already mentioned that info...too many pages to go back and read through.)
