I still can't believe those guys pushed it all the way up though! They were really straining with every muscle they had though. I made 2 of the guys stand at the top holding a rope wrapped around the piano to brace it just in case the guys slipped on the way up. It was seriously scary to watch!
I just realized there isn't a purple in the list for Amethyst,,, one of my favorite jewels! I was looking at the yarn in another store and almost got the grape because it's so pretty in the Caron yarn. I'm going to make some that color for myself to use in my blocks I get back. I was thinking of using it for the strips between my different squares. It goes well with all the other colors and makes a nice dividing contrast. I'm so proud I'm actually thinking ahead on this one and can work on my connecting pieces over the summer!
Oh brother! I had a gorgeous deep purple on the list and forgot to add it! Its called Plum Perfect and it is Caron Simply Soft. Can't believe I left it off! It is such a beautiful purple!!! I just double checked the list and it is the only color I missed though.
You only need to choose 1 color but I wanted to give folks plenty of options and I always like to do a few colors myself. At least 3 anyway.
Problem is I love them all and now I have to decide on just a few from the list. How do I decide?
