Yes, we seem to just go and stick to things until they are done, unlike our DH's they need their Union breaks in the recliner which also usually involves checking out the underside of their eye lids
you gotta love em because after all these years I certainly don't want to retrain another one

Yay I'm on with Chrome today! I would not want to retrain another one either. Married 47 yrs. now and still training... just wait until they retire, and are home all day!
It was 107 here yesterday,

last week in was 70 we are all in shock. I lost my only Silkie to the heat I have shade and misters going but just too hot for her.

She was a pretty little paint.
I'm working on my blocks and getting ready for the 4th of July. We are having a city-wide reunion I hope that it cools down some by then.

RustyHen sorry to hear about your girl and that is an awful thought our DH's retiring wow guess I'd better get started on the future honey do wish list to try and keep him from under foot, I don't know about anyone else but when he is home I can not get anything done.

You ladies are all very lucky. My dh has been working out of the house for about 8 years now. So, he's home 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 28 - 31 days a months and most painful is 365 DAYS A YEAR!

on that. My husband has decided to go back over the road he was made an offer he could not refuse, so now I have to readjust to him not being home for weeks at a time, wow gee bet that doesn't take long

no I do miss him he really is my best friend but I also do enjoy my alone time. wow I get to cook and eat when and what I want.


Ok Ladies we are officially on Royal baby watch, my prediction is baby boy, born July 17th (was going to pick the 10th) weight 7 pounds 2 oz, if I have converted it correctly that would be 3.26 kg. So who else is in? I will send something to the winner, what don't know yet our British Ladies my have the inside info, we will see, who will predict correctly which side of the pond!!!!!

Apparently the happy couple don't even know the sex of the child!

The metric system doesn't seem to have got to babies yet they are till spoken about in lbs (but I think recorded in grams)

Well we know the sex, but we will keep it a secret from them

Okay I am going to guess the baby will arrive on July 7th, weighing in at 7 lbs and 7 ozs. So how about all those 7s? and also going with a boy
