Not sure but think broilers will break down at the joints before they have heart attacks. (Think about it; how many heart attacks have been diagnosed in chickens?

) ( alright, what does it take to diagnose a heart attack in a dead organisim human or lifestock?) Heart attacks in pets an livestock is a cheap excuse for "I want off easy!"

A good friend had a broiler rescue actually lay eggs for her. In big chicken operations (Food INC) many chickens die just because they can’t walk to water and food any more. Even when foods just a foot away.

In any case consider hanging a light bulb above a water dish with just one drop of dish soap in it. The soap changes the surface tension in the water. All bugs that hit the water will drown and be great real (and natural) digestible protein for the birds. It is the Redneck bug zapper.

Thank you Renee I just got upset by a post. Need a thicker skin I guess the last week has been rough so just trying to help it just seems sometimes I need to go into a cave. I spent some time with my chickens today that helped I got a broody so now I am trying to figure out which eggs to hatch.

I am confused Mike says some proteins are not necessary . Please Identify the proteins necessary for egg production as well as meat production.
