I totally agree about the service I've gotten from Danny. He was going to send replacement eggs for the ones that were broken during shipping, but the broken eggs didn't look fertile so I waited until they'd incubated for a week before contacting him again. I had to let him know that the Silver Penciled Rock eggs weren't fertile and asked if he would consider other options than just sending replacement eggs. He seems more than happy to work with me to find an alternative to sending more eggs that might get broken and may or may not be fertile if they do make it.
Knowing what rodriguezpoultry has told us about the operation and all that's going on there, I'm definitely NOT giving up on them. This year may not be going well, and next year they may decide not to sell anything, but I'll be keeping an eye out for them when they're back up to speed.
