Aw. That's sad.No need to apologize! But yeah, most likely. They were building something in a nearby house, and one day the whole neighborhood heard her screaming, and after a few minutes of trying to locate her, she was gone. It's important to note that she had been out of the property for two days at this point, I just didn't have a net big and long enough to catch her, because she was WILD, and would fly when you got too close. Seems like the builders did what I couldn't. I was giving her water in a paint tray and I threw food near her daily as well. Now the reason I believe it was them is because the paint tray went missing along with the hen, and second of all the car the builders used to get around left around the same time
I didn't realize caught meant run over.
My girls are all domesticated, and eat out my hands. Though currently one of them bites me because she doesn't want me to steal her eggs. Lol
