We have the sign on a little tripod. Then we can take it up or cover it when we are not home.   We have people that instead of calling just watch the sign and stop when it is out.






I never thought about Worchester sauce, that's a good Idea. I will try that.

I'm envisioning adding a little tube under the sign labeled 'take one' similar to a home for sale. We could put our flyers in it for when we aren't home

We are making sloppy joes and potato wedges. Turns out all my taters are sprouting guess my basement isn't cool enough yet

I am making supper as we talk here.

I am making steak and hash browns with steamed peas.

Easy meal. DW is working, she has visits to arrange and charting to do.

I think the people at Marties feed store in Monticello were laughing at me when I left.

I bought 15 bags of layer mash, 15 bags of game bird feed for the turkeys, 150# of corn 100# of oat and 100# of BOSS.

When I was leaving they said " we were just talking about how many eggs we are getting this year, I suppose with all that feed you get tons"



I then had to mumble back,,, " I got 4 yesterday"..... and run out the door..

I told them I had a lot of slackers,

The funny thing is when I explain it to the woman that lives here, she does not seem to understand I am not doing it for her..

And the computer guy aka chicken keeper could throw a load of jeans in the wash .... Hmmmm? Lol.

I just went out and checked on my roosters in the bachelor pad. I have not seen them going into their new coop.

They were all inside. I did not shine a light in to see if they were on the roosts or not, but I am happy to just see them under cover.
