Crackle, crackle, crackle!

They're getting prettier but more fragile. Hopefully the temps will drop tonight and seal the crackles. These are going to cast amazing candle glow!

These look so beautiful!! If I could have just a speck of your creativity!! I can't wait to see them glow!
Wow! I want to do this! I have the perfect entrance for these. How did you do this?

Well, I just have one thing to say... Bahumbug. Man I'm in a mood today...

Okay I'm having issues with my phone and BYC so got on Notebook tonight.

First Ivie you need some weather below freezing. I did these on two days with weather in the 20's. Fill 5 gallon buckets up with water . Put outside to freeze.

When 1/2 way frozen bring in house and turn bucket upside down in the laundry washtub. Run some hot water on the bottom side of the bucket. You'll hear and see the bucket release the ice candelabra. There will be a slushy bottom in which you can just poke a candle opening into. Then pour out the remaining water and you have a candle holder. voila! Put them on the porch. If you have cold weather these will freeze to the porch. So be sure you have them where you want them. Pretty easy. I've tried all sorts of candles in these. The red pillars look most dramatic and the best.

this photo cracks me up. Sadie is still so curious. I think this is her first candle.
