Swollen chick belly?!

out of all my chickens o have never had this happen before, I have a chick she is about three weeks old and up till now has been perfectly fine, still acting completely fine, eating drinking flapping around with her mates and fighting me when I try to pick her up as chicks do.... but her lower belly not quite to her vent but her lower belly is swollen? Any thoughts?

Ps she might look dead there I had to hypnotize her to get her to stay still so not dead just very sleepy haha
