swollen ear lobes

My serama roo has swollen ear lobes and some yellow speckling around the bottom of his eyes.Maybe a little swollen under the eyes. The speckling is yellow just like his lobes. He seems fine,his stool is a little loose and the urates are a little off color. Should I be worried?

Not diagnosing, mind you however I would keep him separate from the rest and keep a good eye on him for further symptoms
