Swollen eye

I have an Easter Egger hen who is approx 8 months old. For the last 2+ weeks she has had bubbly eyes and one is swollen. The swollen area is hard, not mushy. I have dosed her with 2 rounds of Tylan50 and terramycin eye ointment and she is not getting better. She now has diarrhea, but still lays an egg almost every day. She is eating, but not a lot. None of my other hens are sick. What else can I do for her and what could this be?

That's probably a solid ball of pus. You'll need to remove it manually.

Has she been sneezing at all? How do her lungs sound?
