Swollen face? Stuffy nose? I need help!

So maybe it was last week that my hen dug into the food with all the other chickens it was morning and not hot. Then she stopped eating and started panting then she sneezed maybe five times and then acted fine. She has been sneezing here and there and I think her face might be a little swollen I couldn’t tell very well she still cuddles and everything. I put RX in her water and rooster booster too just in case. I got some really bad pictures as she’s afraid of the phone. I really hope someone can help my sweet Jessie she means so much to me!!!

Poor girl might have an allergy from something in the food. Definitely keep her away from that food for now.

I would let her eat as she normally does. Have you added any new birds to the flock in recent weeks? I can’t see her eyes clearly, but the left one looks like there may be some bubbles, foam, and conjunctivitis. I would flush her eye with an eye wash or saline, and put a dot of Terramycin eye ointment into her eye 2-3 times a day for a week or more. Plain Neosporin works if you can’t get the Terramycin. If she has MG (mycoplasma, a chronic respiratory disease,) she may respond to Tylosin powder, generic Tylan, put into the water 1 tsp per gallon for 5 days. The packet can be put into a canning jar to keep for some time air tight. They have it here in stock:

Thank you I don’t think that was bubbles but she has had that happen almost a year ago so I could have missed something. I put two silkies in there maybe three weeks ago but they lived in a small coop and run right next to the big coop and run for months. I also raised them from chicks so I don’t think that counts! Again thank you so much! I will try to get better pics of her eye’s and try the treatment you recommend.

And about her eye it seems to just be more almond shaped so you can see that white part. But again it could have been bubbles!!!

Pick her up and examine her eyes more closely and check to make sure her nostrils are clear of any debris or stuck food.
Look inside her beak for any lesions or canker.

Oh no!!!! What should I do???? She is my pet for sure! She acts fine and healthy preens, drinks, eats, cuddles, runs around, and seems happy so you think the almond shaped eye is a sign of MG? She’s had this almond eye since last year if I am remembering correctly. She doesn’t have discharge so what should I do???
