Swollen legs

They were both moving their legs good in the water but since the female began swelling, she doesn’t and kind of sinks down more than usual. No signs of bumble foot or injury at all. The b complex is safe for ducks?

Liquid B Complex from TSC or another feed store may carry it. it will say injectable but we use it orally over a tasty treat 1ml.

If you get the Vitamin B complex, you won't need any extra niacin, as it is itself a B vitamin and included in the liquid.

Thanks for the replies. Here are some pictures. I cannot bear to lose either of them. The female (gray) won’t stand at all and is very swollen. Male will stand but puts very little weight on left foot.

I can't see anywhere whether it states flush free or not, but 35mg of niacin is too low when trying to combat a deficiency especially if it is diluted at all (mixed in feed or water). The Durvet B complex that @Miss Lydia mentioned has 100mg per 1 ml which as she also mentioned you give orally either via syringe if you know how or over a treat that you can watch them eat so you know they ate all of it.

Yes. Since 10 months old this needs to be given everyday until fully recovered. And this is how we can eliminate if it’s not a niacin issue.

I got the B complex! It doesn’t have a flavor so this should be interesting.

If you put it on something they love a special treat they may just gobble it right up.
