Taking Games Jokes and Fun out of Recent Posts Listing?

Im still only a teen but it frusterates me to!!! I log on to read CHICKEN stories. I just want to make sure you want urelated to chicken stories gone, not tweens and teens right? I love this website so much, but it is called backyard CHICKENS. I hope I didn't srike anyones nerve with this post I really do care about BYC.

I dont want it removed maybe just straighten this out with a post on that particular subject.

is it a problem that im on here i think that when your chickens are dieing and its a slow night its nice to go and read somthing light hearted im almost a teen and im EXTREMELY offened we care about our chickens as much as the next adult!!!!!!

I think you're taking things a little too personally, none of this was directed at any one person.

That being said, I also think you're not reading the whole thread. No one wants to TAKE ALL THE GAMES OUT. They just want them out of the 'recent posts'.

So, all you'd have to do to read something lighthearted is CLICK on the games!

grumble(jk) sorry i tend to take things personlly (not trying to pick a fight or even make you mad but) i dont get offened that easly but non the less im just saying why bring tweens/teens in to this we didn't demand it be there and how have we "taken over"???? just my thoughs on the subject...

I believe what is meant by 'taken over' is that there are MANY MANY MANY games posts visible when you click on recent posts. Just now I checked and it's 3 out of 10... oftentimes it's more.

When you have a slow internet connection, or you are a bust person, having to sort through and around these posts can be tedious and aggravating.

I keep the homepage open in my browser, not the forum. The homepage lists the top 15 recent posts, but I don't remember ever seeing games there. I refresh it periodically through the day and only go to the main page of the forum to browse specific topics. So if you want to go directly to recent posts but you don't want the games, etc. why not just go through the homepage?
