Oh I have a few minis for yesterday!

Ds's fever broke
The second set of lawn mower tires I bought fit perfect
I might get a free 1mo rooster
I found a frog ALIVE under the playpen after it escaped days ago
I weighed in at 180 after cutting the grass.(started at 202 months ago)
The clouds were beautiful yesterday while I sat reading and keeping an eye on the hens
No one annoyed me with their crazying driving yesterday

Today I got my heater turned on so I wont freeeze over the coming months... I just saw a beak in the airsac of a little egg... but

best of all..SOME ONE MADE ME A GOLDEN FEATHER MEMBER!!!! I couldnt believe it.... Nothing good like that ever happens to

me... It kind of restores your faith that there is still a good proportion of really good people out there in society.

After my chemo treatments I always come home and take a nap. Well yesterday my pot belled pig let me have half the sofa to nap on with her instead of her trying to take a third of the sofa.

Today I woke up breathing, it's beautiful outside, my kids are all happy and healthy,..I love my family, I love my home, the animals are all fed and content, my car is working fine,...my husband is working,.....my cousin listened to me when I needed someone to run things by as she always does,...I like this thread.
I am so not having a great day and I thought of the thread,..and iot made me change focus that even on a bad day, I have a bazilion things to be happy about. Good stuff.
I say let's keep this thread going!

Hmmm, lets see how my day has been so far:

I made breakfast.
I made real lemonde.
I prepared the strawberries for strawberry shortcake that we'll have for dessert tonight.
I planned supper.
I cleaned all of my litterboxes and most of my house.
I opened all of the windows to let in the wonderful fresh air.
I went outside and fed my lone duck, visited my new quail and collected my first 4 quail eggs (SO cute!).
I took care of all 43 of my rabbits.
I felt new life kick inside the belly of my very pregnant rabbit doe

I danced and sang with my little girls.
I watched my 8 year old make brownies all by herself for the first time.
We colored.
We picked flowers for the table, kitchen, and bedrooms.
We folded laundry.
The girls had lunch.
Now I'm getting ready to take the girls outside to play while I sit in the sun and spin my angora wool into yarn.

Yes, it has been a good day.

I spent all day doing what I love farming instead of being in school! We got a whole field plowed and planted with Eggplants and tomatoes and I get to do it all again tomorrow and Friday and for the next three weeks. My lavender D'uccles rooster came today and is very handsome! Life is good the weather is nice and I am just so thankful.

Well the truckwas in getting repair (needs new fuel pump). But it is a beautiful day, so walked to the middle school to see my middle DS in his track meet. He broke both his own personal record and the school record in the shot put. He threw 34"1".

Then walked back home. Just got the call the truck is ready to be picked up.
