I will be coming with dh. What time and where? Will bring potatoe salad and fruit salad if those are not already taken. Let me know. Thanks, Jill

Jill, glad you and dh can come. Potato and fruit salad will be great.

What city are you in ? I will email you with directions.

We replaced all our wood doors on the runs of our long coop and replaced them with metal ones.

If anyone wants to haul off the doors to use for something, please take them. I have six and they are in the 3x5 range. I don't think any of them are exactly the same, but you could put them together for a tractor or for another use. They are wood framed with chicken wire and welded wire. However, some of the boards are rotting and would need to be reinforced.

Hi Carla! I'm late to this thread. I'm really looking forward to this event. I want to let you know that I finally posted over on on PCOT the photos of our last meetup at your place. They're under the events section. I've been meaning to get around to doing that since the meeting last Nov and just went ahead and did it tonight. I figure better late than never. I really love some of the photos. The one of your husband and the Chicken crossing sign is adorable. Your Spitzhaubens are so photogenic, it was difficult for me to choose which photos to post. They really are gorgeous birds. I love the way the one female's spots are almost heart-shaped. I really enjoyed that day at your house and I'm really looking forward to this Saturday!

Carla, my husband and I can make it! I will bring Taffy Apple Salad if that is okay. I didn't make it last year but I was there the year before.

I am in Harwood which is near Luling.
