On another note it looks like my husband and I will soon be putting a down payment on 2.6 acres. Finally! No more renting, at the end of the year when our lease is up we hope to move out there with a mobile home or a camper.

Hope you find the chicks you are wanting. And congratulations on the land purchase. I rented for over 10 years. I totally understand your excitement and anticipation.
