Texas

I am headed to Austin on Sunday and coming back on Monday. Looking for anyone along the route from Houston to Austin who may have fertile Cream Legbar eggs for sale.
I won't be able to drive too far from the route, as I am tight schedule, and riding with someone who wouldn't understand going 30 miles out of the way for eggs!!!

Called Ideal Poultry this morning...at this time of the year, they only have a few breeds available for pick up. Unfortunately, nothing that I was looking for.

Nksg75, hope you find those Legbar eggs. Making an "egg run" sounds reasonable to the BYCers. Do not know anyone in this area (north of Austin) that could help.

I found new chickies after almost giving up until springtime. Happened to be in Georgetown and stopped at Georgetown Farm Supply. They had oodles of Wyandottes and Buff Orpingtons, as well as many others. Sooo precious! My hubby is certain that I have enough chickens now...Are you guys smiling?

Congrats on the find!

Ok, thanks!!
I guess I will wait for anyone else to chime in!!

I have two roosters (easter eggers), 18 weeks old, that need a new home.

Their father is an Easter Egger. He is a gentleman. Very good with the ladies.
