Sadly , no. He's mix EE/Australorp. But more Australorp looking than EE
Best of luck but free roo made them disappear the next day. Please remember do not ask questions about why they want them. Remember you have a problem keeping them and they don't have a problem accepting them into their home. Once you decide they need to be removed just be happy someone else wants them.

I know this sounds like horrible ADVISE, but when you need to rid yourself of a roblem roo and you don't want to cull him yourself you can't be concerned with his outcome beyond moving it off your property.

Want to give BYC a chance first before Craigslist. Guess I'm hesitant. Was trying to build a coop with recycled wood but somehow, when i arrived back home, my tools are either moved and misplaced, or taken. Plus the wood I saved is gone too. I don't want to accuse my house sitters. I may need them for other situations.
The coop will be divided into three sections for housing my Roos and their mates. So, now I have to penny pinch to get what is needed.

I would be checking craigslist for pallets or ready made. In san Antonio I have seen wooden shipping containers that look right for coops.

Also since you are near HOUston.... there may be loads of trashed fences to repurose.

Wow looks like a nasty cold front today. Wintry mix in Waco? Yuck! We are starting the day in the 70's but that is about to change later this morning. DFW looks like you guys started today near freezing! Same for San Antonio and Austin stay warm and if you are concerned about your chicken getting cold cracked corn will help em stay warm if the wind chill is extreme.

YUCK!!!!!!!!

I think we have to close the doors and windows in the next hour or so. The wanna be house chickens are going to be knocking on the sliding glass door today.
