Texas

Umm, no, I don't want to spend that much!
Jeez, are you serious? A few 100?
Yes. It's very expensive.

I agree, no more storms!
We just finished cleaning up all the trees that fell from the last huge storm!
The liquid goat or horse paste Safe-Guard need to be given to each bird straight to the beak.

No, no, no!!
Let there be an easier way!
I have close to 100 birds!
Ahh... I guess I get to spend the next 2 days cussing and chasing them, then Of course throwing up my hands and saying "fine, you want to have worms, then you shall have worms you stupid bird"!
Then worrying about them, so I will continue to chase and in the end treat them!!

I love how they are so friendly when I want to just watch them, but when I have a mission, they suddenly become terrified of me!!

Wow, it better be magic for that price.
Does it treat all worms?
What is so special about it I wonder to warrant that price tag?
No it only treats roundworm and cecal.
Wazine only treats roundworm.
Neither treat tapes.

Roundworm and cecal are usually the most common.

I believe that if you are actually seeing works in poop you have a serious problem because the worms usually only come out like that when there is literally no more room for them to stay inside.

Well our drought finally broke. For the last few days we have been the wettest spot in Texas. Now I own a 2 foot lawn and finally have my energy back after the beach thing to get out and do projects.

I am still building the coop out as well so that is on the list in addition to mowing the street facing side of my lawn. Hopefully, today I will roof it(doubtfull) and get after some small bits with a sawzall(more likely). Fortunately, I have a neighbor with goats, and they do a great job on the deed restricted 1/3 acre I cant fence already. It is a huge drainage ditch that keeps us from flooding out in hurricanes and good habitat for Texas wild critters(and goats). The first coop backs up against that fence line and knock-on-wood is where my first flock roosts at night with no predator losses to date with the coop door open. The silkies are doing pretty good to date, they are wanting to get out of the 8x10 coop and into a run in a bad way, and since that is the lower impact aspect of building out the coop is most likely the direction I am going this morning.

Yes, I agree!
With having to make an emergency move for the chickens and all, I was not able to completely finish the new coop before we had to evacuate them from the other location.
So my plan to have 6" of sand inside the coop never happened.
Then as you are aware of, rain, rain, more flooding rain!
I am kicking myself for not doing it before we started building the coop!
Needless to say with this weather lately I am not surprised.
