That's sad. I worried about the otter we had here, attacking my dogs. My dogs are all bark.We have a whole family of them out at my work, last year the babies were all over, soooo frickin cute! Unfortunately one of my bosses Jack russell's killed one of them
I think they are more curious for the most part than anything, but you never know with wild animalsThat's sad. I worried about the otter we had here, attacking my dogs. My dogs are all bark.
I'm sorry for your loss.I'm in mid central west Tx
It's hot dry and dusty here. But the oil is black and the whiskey is good. But nothing better than raising your own birds. I live in the city of Abilene Tx. I have 5 Light Brahma hens and a great Dark Brahma Rooster. It's a young flock that is growing big. I also have two rescue cats and a 85lb rescue dog. I just loss my 14 year old German Shepherd from old age complications. I also have a wild bird feeding station and a squirrel feeding station. We live by a creek so there's always raccoons, opossums, coyotes, wild hogs, bobcats and other animals that come up to our backyard. I'm a animal lover so if it's hurt, I'll help it. I'm excited to be a part of this great group. Thank you all in advance for having the same love for animals as I do.

Sounds awesome! I always thought of west texas as desert like-almost barren, sand and cactus. It surprises me, all the predators and wildlife around you. I love all wildlife, until it threatens my family or livestock, then I exterminate. I have 14 hens, a rooster, oh, a broody just hatched 3 babies last week so count is 17 (maybe) and 1 (maybe). My luck, all the chicks are boys. Enjoy your day!I'm in mid central west Tx

Also 2 rescue cats, and a rescue dog. I hoped he would be a good watch dog (all 90 lbs), but only danger he has is beating you to death with his tail, and guiding the crooks to the treasures. Welcome, come on in, I'll show you where the stash of goodies are.Sounds awesome! I always thought of west texas as desert like-almost barren, sand and cactus. Are these grandbabies?Ok y'all, I've got 3 black English Orpingtons, 1 week old, straight run, looking for their new home, hopefully before the next group hatches. $5 each
I don't think my dogs would mess with one. I did see on FB where someone posted pictures of an otter in their backyard with a chicken they'd caught. That's sad. I worried about the otter we had here, attacking my dogs. My dogs are all bark.
They are! All 3 from Dahlia and Klaus. The pic is at 4 days old, so I suppose I need to get an updated pic...Are these grandbabies?
