I've never seen a blue silver laced. Do you have a picture?
I'm working on making some, so mine are nowhere near perfect. According to my playing in the genetics calculator, I should be able to achieve perfect Silver-lacing on a Blue body in the second generation.

Here's the first F1 pullet I produced. Bobcat got her.

You can see some faint silver in her hackle area. Her younger sister was marked a little better, but I don't have mature photos of her.
