Been productively modifying the coop. That excitement, discovering the rat nest tunnel network was way too much news for me. As soon as I can finish the netting on the frame work, silkies will get transferred to the new diggs and I can prep the run for some rototilling & if I find any more rats it's termination time for them.

I should have pics in the next couple days - posted to the coop build thread. The rope lights turned off on me about 15 minutes ago...(oops) so I stopped, went over flipped the timer to manual on and started to tend to food and water for chickens and dogs.... Yeah, I'll figure out dinner for me soon enough.....

Finish that pile of paperwork I'd been avoiding (honestly is almost done).
...(yawns).... And fix my circadian rhythm.
 
I wish I had a good and healthy circadian rhythm. That left me years ago after Iraq. Good luck on fixing yours @electrycmonk between dogs, chicken, fireworks and alcohol it is not allowed in this house for me. I know you do not agree with alcohol consumption but my body seems to do better with it, and my brain understands your sentiments precisely. It helps the broken parts of my body feel better and the VA does not treat those. They just offer me a crudload of antipsychotics as if I need 10 pound bags of those most are processed by the liver too.

Never too early for coffee. I am up with extreme hunger pangs so making a vegan pattie and chesse sammie with pickles and dijon. I got lucky my wife still has some German bread in the fridge that I am real sure I will be in trouble for eating it in the morning.

I have been having some particularly bad ones these last few days as well violent and hard to explain dreams except to my wife. I hope you put marshmellows on top! Those are good medicine.

Naw, no mellows around. Yep, can't explain it to anyone....unless you were there and had experienced similar things....this time it was particularly frightening due to the lucidity of the dream. Adrenaline kicked way-in, heartbeat over 200+ 💀
