Um sure...come on down and stay a while.

I was thinking. Do you have an empty peanut butter type container or something similar that you can cut up?

Something like this but with a bigger hole that you could wrap a wire around and attach it to the crate

I bet I can come up with something. Is that for food or water or both? It sure would help me get more sleep!

Both! Any plastic type container could work. Wire it to the side of the crate or shoot you could even wrap it with duct tape. Up off the floor so they can find it easier maybe?

I'll give it a try! I'll let them out tonight for food, water and exercise. I'll have it ready to try out in the morning! Hell girl, we might get a patent on this and become millionaires !
Texas Kiki and Dr Webby's food and water dispensers!

They climb right into it to swim.
Smaller hole?
Might work.

I use a plastic jar for egg and oyster shell. Might work for water, if she can find it.

I ruined two plastic containers! They cracked. What do you use to cut the hole? And how often do I need to apply Vaseline to my girls outside? It's -10 or so here. I put it on all of them last night, I almost got frost bite doing it! It may have been too late, a few of them already have gray and black spots on them. I have two heat lamps in their coop. I'm not letting them out to free range, they've all been in there for the last two days. I think they are getting cabin fever like me. lol
Also, some have dried poop on them. How can I get them clean without getting them wet? Would Vaseline work for that?

Have you double checked them for lice? (the dirty booty reminds me of lice stuff)

I poke a hole in the plastic with a sharp knife then use scissors to cut out the hole.
