*eats the word lobster out of your post* Yes it's great! But I prefer crab. I especially like lobster bisque.

My favorite part of the crab is jumbo lump, not the lump, backfin lump, or claw. My least favorite is lump. The comes claw, and then jumbo lump. I haven't had backfin.

Do you like mushrooms? Or truffles? I LOVE both.

I wanna try trout too!
