The EE braggers thread!!!

I thought Cookie looked rooish to me also, I posted on the sexing and breed forum, they're coming back with pullet. I have no idea, This is my first time with chickens!
here's a couple more pics??

It's the black and white feathering (both sexes can have it I think! But males more commonly?) and that red in the comb that leans me that way. I'm watching one of my ameraucana 10 week old "pullets" because while its stance says pullet and its the smallest one, the comb is quite pink (and face tho on mine) EE's are a bit harder for me with so many possibilities. Trust the experts! (not me)

Hi all! I wanted to post some updated pics of my 3 new EE chicks so anyone interested can see how their colors are evolving! The first 3 pics above are the ones I posted originally and the next 3 pics below are at two weeks, and then the last 5 are them at one month. To make it less confusing I'll just use EE1,EE2,and EE 3 to tell them apart, The white one is EE1, the darker brown one is EE2, and the light brown/tan one is EE3.So in the two week old pics: pic one shows EE3, pic 2 shows EE1 and in the background on the far right is a rear view of EE3 again, and in pic 3 you see EE2-I THINK!!!-I also had a partridge rock and the two of them looked so similar except for their legs I can't tell who it is in the pic, sorry but if it is the PRock you can still get a very good idea of what the EE color looked like since I had such a time telling them apart(Sadly the rock and 6 others were lost to a possum last week, bless their fuzzy little hearts)

These below are the current pics-one month old. Pic 1 is EE3(and a buff orp and my only remaining silver spangled hamburg, I'm really hoping it's the roo that survived because I was wanting to try and breed some polka dots into the EE's!). Pic 2 is EE1-on top- and EE2- the middle-. Pic 3 is an aerial view of EE3. Pic 4 is EE1. Pic 5 is EE2 again.

Ok, that's it! Sorry if I overdid it on the pics but I can't help myself! I'll take some better pics tomorrow when the lights better. I'm still up in the air on how they'll look when they're adults so if anyone recognizes these colors and has them now as adults I'd love to see them!

Hi. I know with EE's it's always a gamble, but my Miss Money Penny looked like she could have been your EE2's twin when she was a chick. Just for fun I'll post a pic of her now. You'll have to let me know in three months if she ends up looking like Miss Money Penny does now.
