The Health Care Law.

Healthcare is a right....to be cared for if youre sick everyone has the right to be treated...But those who free load do not have the right to take advantage of the system.
I have read the Bill of Rights and the Constitution and am pretty sure it is not in there. Which is where it would and should be if it were so. If it were there I would support it. I do not support backdoor politics.

I do agree Im not a fan of the law either. leave those alone who are paying for their own ,and those who truly cant afford it ... (having to choose between food, house payment , car payment etc) ... have a program that will help them. but as for the poor....why cant doctors be compassionate and just donate their time. Oh cause time costs money...

I'm poor, by every definition of the word, as far as statistics go, and I don't care about the poor. As a matter of fact, I despise obese people on electric carts using food stamps to buy junk food. Now, if you go to your fridge, open it up and think, Hmmm....Peanut butter or cheese. or look at the cabinet and think Dried beans and weevil infested rice, then I might care.....and I vote Republican, but I'm a Libertarian by all counts.

Just a point, I noticed that you classified yourself as such, yet you readily embrace the actions of an all encompassing government.
Do you really think that there are not going to be eventual consequences for those who have so readily given their souls to big government, to be their all in all?
I have never embraced the actions of an all encompassing government, but I don't accept the gop fraud as "politics as usual" I'm furious about the way they have cheated Ron Paul. They don't deserve to win. The gop doesn't give a hoot about the Constitution, ethics, or the people who were harmed by the final and human rights catastrophes that happened under skull and bones.

So lets say....you were poor got sick and needed treatment......You're saying that the hospital has a right to deny you treatment?

Can someone please explain why a national health service is seen to be scary? the NHS is wonderful over here, at least if you get sick you don't have to panic because you can't afford the treatment. The daftest comment I have ever seen was the one in Investor's Business Daily which claimed that if Stephen Hawkings had lived in the UK he would have been dead. This was retracted when he came back said that he owed his life to the nhs.

Ron Paul...good guy but way to whacky wanting to legalize drugs......thats way to far fetched to be president. He lost my support when he blamed us for 911......

Any bets Nancy Pelosi or Barack Obama have read it, yet?
They were waiting for it to pass to see what was in it.

It was the beloved media machine, tied intrinsically to the Democratic party who decides which questions to ask which candidates. Some get softballs, some get hardballs and some get ignored, because they just don't fit the script.

I am afraid that there is more than basic necessities in lieu of health care payments, boat, RV, summer home etc. etc.
