I would expect laughs because it is funny. It's what keeps us getting up early and during cold and sometimes miserable weather.

Bucks were running the does ragged this afternoon. Seen 6 different bucks, all chasing does all over the place. Had 2 8pts fighting 60yds out when they crossed paths chasing two separate does. Ya would think a doe would have run one of those 8s past my stand, but noooo.

Almost hit not one but two does on my way to a church event this evening

A buddy helped me recover and process my deer, so I told him I'd do a euro mount for him if he got a buck. This morning he dropped off the head of a little 6 point he got this week.

Still needs to dry overnight, so it will whiten up more.

Our upcoming firearm season this weekend is going to be a cold one . Weather is why I only do archery anymore . Second season is usually crappy weather . Looking like tag soup for me this year . That is unless I get a Himalayin deer . Him a laying along the road .

Just like clockwork, I had a buck come in on me and I couldn’t get a clean shot but at the same time mr muddy almost got a 2fer on does and dropped the larger one.
Let her hang overnight…….cold deer is much more difficult to skin and quarter
