Hi. I have gold laced orps, chocolate orps , bantam jubilee orps and I just got a roo and hatching eggs that are spangled/mottled orps from my friend Louise ( kidcody). I love my roo. I named him William, after prince William

Love the name William. I haven't used that one yet

I have a william and pippa, had a Kate but coyote got her, in 4 years I have lost 3 to yotes, and of course all 3 were very much favorites... Pippa howls like a dog after laying an egg lol

I have heard that but don't remember which one either. If egg color is recessive it can carry many generations. Just one of those pleasant surprises. I think it's kinda neat.
