The IMPORTED ENGLISH Orpington Thread

I solved the mystery of the pullet sized tan eggs in my coop. It was not the English Orps, nor was it my olive egger pullets. Turns out one of my BCM's decided to get funky and not apply any paint. Today I caught her and she laid one the same size but with paint. I have no idea why she's laying such small pullet sized eggs, when before her molt, she laid nice big ones. Maybe just working out the kinks on the startup of the factory.

You and Joy are changing history one chicken at a time. This is just fantastic that these birds are improving the quality of the orpington gene pool.
