Lost my coops and a lot of my birds when the second round if storms hit Oklahoma. My fence was blown over and I think a dog got in and killed the birds. I built a new coop and repaired my run. Here are some photos:

I had to make a lot of space underneath because most of my birds never get in the coop. They just sit under it all day.

Thanks for posting those pics GoPokes. I really like. My husband and I are talking about using that type of paneling on our new coops in the fall. Those look great and having a place underneath makes a great shade for them.

love the chocolate cuckoo..interesting..

nice coop gopokes..i really like your design.so sorry for your loss in the storms.,

.i need to add a front window on mine..there is a nice big window on the back but no cross breeze like my other pens.. i will try to corner husband this week to do that for me..

Thanks. That paneling works out really well. I built my garden shed with the same stuff. It's gone up a few dollars a sheet in a year.
I planned on having all the panelling run vertical all around I didn't realize the front was horizontal until it was too late. Oh well just a coop.
