Thanks Jennifer I knew it would be impossible to tell I just wanted to show off my babies you know me I love my chickies and sharing them with the world. My oldest chicks are outside in the coop officially and they love it it's been 3 nights I still constantly check on them lol I put them to bed at sunset then go out and check on them before I go to bed

I don't blame you. I love orpingtons. Unfortunately my chocolates I told you about didn't fair well. Only 4 made it to lockdown. I'm on day 21 and only one has internally pipped. I'm so sad. :( next week I have for lemon cuckoo orpingtons due to hatch. Hopefully they will fair better. Shipped eggs are such a gamble and the postal service did a number on these. Yours really are beautiful. :) I was surprised at how slow they develop but something I did notice that helps was the girls develop faster then the boys. Of one looks close to fully feathered and the other is still showing fluff you will know who is who. :)

Good to know I hope your eggs fair well it is hard when chicks don't do well we've lost our fair share... I'll keep an eye out for different feathering growth

Are you sure the Lavender colored one is a roo? Looks kind of hen-ish to me. It should have some pointy hackles & saddle feathers by now if it were a boy, right?

Got two new babies they hatched yesterday I'm absolutely addicted to the English Orpingtons I'm on a list for 2 lavender English Orpingtons as well they're due to hatch around the 15 th
