How did they pack them? Did you pick them up from the airport? How awesome!

Excellent! Thank you for sharing that, it does help, but is it the same with these super huge guys?

It is harder to handle the bigger bird, but everything else is the same.....if they are unruly, they tend to relax a whole lot more after a few sessions.

That male had been used for this purpose before, so as I noted in the post above, he was fine with the 5 or so re-shoots it took to get what I got on film.

For the record: I do not AI any of my birds....just a personal choice, but I thought the video would be helpful. I had the camera and the guy was doing the demo's.

I remember back in the day and maybe still today that some folks pluck/cut around the vent area to provide better access.

still do..your a judge so you know..always pluck , never cut, unless you dont intend to show.
