Chickens have their own herpes viruses. I don't think they can catch human strains.
Lol to the rest.
I can fit a few dozen, but due to hot and cold spots I don't like to do more than 1.5 doz.
Maybe, but then I'd need two baffle spaces rather than one, which reduces how many eggs I can fit. Maybe a high powered fan and a thicker baffle at the top? I need to find the articles. I will when I get the supplies.
Good! Hey, are you in OZ? I wondered because of the "chooks" in your name. I need to know how much money to save for transportation, LOL!
Nah, I'm in North America, the snowy bit of it. Save those pennies! You'll need it for the sled dogs.
The great white north, eh?
And it's quite a snowy north, too! Y'all might want to bring jackets. And pizza for the birds.

Wow. That's a ton of snow!! Do your birds mind coming out in it?
And this is probably "racist" or something but I'm gonna ask anyway. Have you seen that movie Strange Brew?
They stay in the shovelled areas, because they sink in up to their poor little necks if they don't. My Call duck got stuck in one of my footprints once! To be fair, it looked more like a post hole than a footprint, lol.
Ha! No, I have not. I am many decades behind on movies.
Oh gosh. Poor little duck
You must have to shovel daily.
You and me both. I'm 28 (in 4 days) going on 75. IMHO they haven't made hardly any decent movies since the '80s (Pixar stuff withstanding).
The movie is hilarious. Might be less funny if the stereotypes are about you, or it might be funnier? Not sure.
Anyway, it's worth a watch. Here's a small sample of the hilarity:
Pretty much, yep. The snowbanks get quite high.
Funnier; definitely funnier! It cracked me up. I'll see if the library has it.
